Belarus offers a straightforward student visa process:

  • Students usually depart with the official study invitation and an OK TO BOARD letter.
  • Visa processing occurs at Minsk International Airport, where the visa is stamped for $110.
  • An insurance fee of 170 Euro is payable at the immigration counter.

For students from countries with Belarus Embassies, visa processing is done before departure. They are advised to scan their student visa copy at least three days before departure.

Countries such as Nigeria, India, Egypt, and Pakistan have Belarus Embassies, and nationals from these countries may also obtain a visa on arrival.

Foreign students are advised to scan their air tickets at least three days before departure for the preparation of reception documents at Minsk International Airport.
