Admission Process at State Universities in Belarus

    • Admissions for international students are approved by the migration department in Belarus.

Belarus Student Visa Process

  • Obtaining the Visa:

    • With the official study invitation approved by the migration department, students can depart, carrying the invitation.

  • Visa Stamping:

    • On arrival at Minsk International Airport, students present their documents to immigration. The student visa is stamped in their passport for a fee of $110.

  • Insurance Fee:

    • An additional insurance fee of 170 Euro is paid at the immigration counter.

  • Pre-Departure Requirements:

    • All students are advised to scan their air ticket 3 days before departure for the preparation of reception documents required at Minsk International Airport.

Special Note for Embassy Visa Countries

  • Embassy Visa Process:
    • Nationals of countries where Belarus Embassies are situated (Nigeria, India, Pakistan, and Egypt) must obtain a Belarus student visa before arrival. They need to scan the visa copy along with the air ticket to the admission office.
